Morning View of Balboa Park Prado.ndary "Rock & Roll Marathon" race where thousands descend on the city and park. Well, the crowd started there at 6 and were totally gone and traveling through my hamlet of Pacific Beach by 8:30. Since everyone knew to "stay away from the huge crowds at the park";.....they didn't realize that it was like a ghost town at 9 with just a handfull of people walking about and heaven.
